WE OFFER REPAIRS ON ALL VERTIGO PRODUCTS. PLEASE PACKAGE ITEMS CAUTIOUSLY WHEN SENDING FOR REPAIR: BUBBLE WRAP IS RECOMMENDED. VERTIGO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES MADE DUE TO INSUFFICENT PACKAGING WHILE IN TRANSIT. HARD BOXES ARE RECOMMENDED. ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE VIA INQUIRES@VER-TI-GO.COM. REPLACEMENT BELT CLAPS CAN BE PURCHASED UPON DIRECT REQUEST FOR $15 PER PIECE. 
   

CUSTOM BELT SIZING:

YOUR DESIRED LENGTH IS REQUESTED UPON ORDER CONFIRMATION OF A BELT PURCHASE. THE MEASUREMENT PROVIDED IS WHAT THE BELT WILL BE MADE ACCORDING TO, ADJUSTMENTS BEYOND THE ONE-TIME SIZE SUBMISSION ARE NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR PURCHASE AND WILL INCURR A FEE AGREED UPON BY DESIGNER AND CUSTOMER DEPENDING ON THE REQUEST.


BELT ADJUSTMENTS: 

ALL BELT PURCHASES REQUIRE CUSTOM SIZING. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR CHOSEN SIZE UPON RECEIPT, ALTERATIONS CAN BE REQUESTED AT A RATE OF $25 PER ADJUSTMENT. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY REQUEST FOR ADJUSTMENTS.


PRODUCT CARE:

OUR GENUINE STONES, STERLING SILVER, AND GOLD VERMEIL MATERIALS ARE DURABLE AND TARNISH RESISTANT. GIVEN THE DELICATE NATURE OF OUR HAND-CRAFTED PRODUCTS, PLEASE WEAR AND STORE WITH CARE. STONES AND CLASPS CAN BE REFRESHED WITH A POLISHING CLOTH. WE RECOMMEND STORING CHOKERS, PENDANTS, AND MEDALLIONS IN THEIR DESIGNATED POUCH WHEN NOT IN USE. BELTS ARE RECOMMENDED TO BE LAYED FLAT WHEN NOT WORN.
